The Study Of The Model Of Industry Participation For Vocational Education In Victoria State Of Australia

The development of vocational education is closely related to th e industry participation. Governm ent plays an important role which is a bridge in the industry participation. The developm ent of Australian vocational education is a good example for many countries to learn and the good situation of voca tional education is depend on the new change that Australian governm ent as a bridge try the best to implement the policy that industry play a lead role in the coopera tion between training providers and industry. Besides, the trai ning providers and industry and government work together lead to a good ef fect of vocational education and the cooperation also match the needs of them.The government advocate the policy that industry play a lead role in the cooperation between training providers and industry and the st ate of Victoria combined the change of labor m arket with the situa tion of industry participation to development the policy deeply. The Victoria government as a bridge to create a new m ethod that is provide the industry participation m odel for vocational education to enhance the cooperation. Industry, training providers a nd government can communicate directly by the model and it is as a new bridge to increase the impact of industry in the labor market and enhance the relationship between indus try and training provide rs. The function of direct consultation with government is improved by the model.This study will introduce and analyze the industry participation model in Victoria state. Besides, the reflection of the m odel and its revelation to the developm ent of regional vocational education are discussed.
