Kindergarten education evaluation is an important feedback of kindergarten education activities and an important means to improve the quality of kindergarten education.In the guiding program for kindergarten education activities(Trial),it is emphasized that education evaluation is an important means to understand the suitability and effectiveness of education,to adjust and improve the work,and also an important way for teachers to examine education practice and self-development."Preschool children observation and evaluation system",as a preschool children evaluation model of American high vision curriculum,aims to comprehensively and deeply understand and analyze children by observing and understanding children's performance and needs,adjusting activities,giving appropriate guidance,and using observation records,pictures and works of children's activities.This evaluation model is widely used in the United States and other countries National pre-school education evaluation.Through collecting and sorting out the data related to the observation and evaluation system of preschool children,this study explores the influence of the application of the observation and evaluation system of preschool children in kindergarten art activities on the basis of in-depth understanding of the observation and evaluation system of preschool children.This study is divided into two parts.Firstly,142 teachers from 8 kindergartens in L City are selected to issue a self-designed questionnaire on the implementation of kindergarten art activity evaluation,to understand the current situation of the implementation of the evaluation of L City Teachers in art activities,and to find and analyze the problems of the evaluation of teachers in art activities.Secondly,four teachers and 48 children from two middle classes in J Kindergarten(one of the eight kindergartens,which is equivalent to the other seven kindergartens in all aspects)were selected as the research objects,and one class was randomly selected as the experimental class and the second class as the control class.In order to explore the influence of the observation and evaluation system of preschool children on the teachers and the children in the experimental class,we implemented the "observation and evaluation system of preschool children" in the art activities of the experimental class,and did not intervene in the evaluation of the art activities of the control class.The results are as follows:1.The purpose of teachers' observation and evaluation of children is enhanced;2.The focus of teacher evaluation has changed from "focus on results" to "focus on process";3.Improve teachers' ability of reflection on teaching activities;4."Preschool children observation and evaluation system" has a positive impact on the improvement of children's art level.Put forward educational suggestions on the evaluation of art activities in Kindergartens:1.Change teachers' evaluation concept;2.Provide children with loose time and space for art activities;3.Provide children with appropriate art creation materials;4.Promote teachers' observation and evaluation ability in a cooperative atmosphere;5.Invite parents to participate in the evaluation process...
