| With the deepening of educational reform,the professional development of preschool teachers has received unprecedented attention.Preschool education reform focuses on children’s own experience and emphasizes individual differences,which requires teachers to consciously observe children seriously and continuously.Therefore,paying attention to the observation ability of preschool teachers is not only a response to the requirements of educational reform,but also an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.Corner activities are the basic organization form of kindergarten daily activities,and the effective observation of teachers in corner activities has important value,which is not only a window to understand children’s interest characteristics and development state,but also a basis for teachers to guide children,adjust the environment and materials,and find educational opportunities.However,due to various subjective and objective reasons,the improvement of teachers’ ability to observe and record in the corner has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this context,the author carried out an exploratory study on how to support the observation and record of preschool teachers’ corner activities and improve teachers’ professional growth.The paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter mainly sorts out and summarizes the previous researches based on the observation records,in order to seek the theoretical basis and enlightenment of this research.In the second chapter,the author analyzed the current situation and problems of the observation records of teachers’ corner by issuing questionnaires to 166 teachers and interviewing 6 teachers.The ability of the novice teacher about the area Angle observation record is weak;kindergarten offers a wide range of support;The follow-up feedback of the observation report written by teachers is less.In the third chapter,based on the results of the current research,the author took the role area game as an example,from the theoretical source of the corner activity observation and record of the implementation of the path,method,observation points were sorted out,to build the theoretical basis of support strategy.In the fourth chapter,the author took the observation record form as the main intervention medium,constructed the support strategy of the observation record,and launched the action research practice in the field of education.The results of the practice are presented as examples.The fifth chapter is a comprehensive discussion.The author comprehensively analyzes the effectiveness of the observation strategy and the bottleneck in its implementation.By analyzing the advantages of information technology,the author puts forward the solution to the bottleneck.Finally,some Suggestions are given to improve teachers’ observation and record in different levels. |
