Research On Operational Risk Identification Of Beijing Youth Outdoor Sports Camp

Young strong,the country is strong.Juvenile's mental health and physical fitness play an important bedrock towards the development of advanced society and harmonious family.Physical training closing to nature can help students to cultivate a positive?healthy and civilized lifestyle,which also help to greatly contributes to the realization of “the Chinese Dream”,a great dream the Chinese people strive to achieve.During the crucial development stage both physically and mentally,strengthening all-round physical training helps juveniles cultivate a lifelong-sports awareness and develop a healthy and civilized lifestyle.Camp education is designed to help campers get educated through the management of activities in camp,including curriculum,life,and behavior.According to the experiential learning and creative camp activities,juveniles are provided an opportunity to greatly gain knowledge and deeply know themselves.Safety is the foundation of camp both in its development and normal operation.This paper analyzes the risk factors of young outdoor camps in Beijing by using the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and special tool analysis method to find out the possible and existing problems,then come up with some instructive suggestions.Meanwhile,each camp can carry out risk control according to its own situation,therefore reduce the possibility of risk occurrence,and ensure a better development of outdoor education for teenagers.This paper studies the risk identification of young outdoor sports camps,and concludes that the camp risk can be summarized into four dimensions and thirteen factors.Dimensions one: human risk(camp organization organizer,camp activity participant,camp manager),Dimensions two: facility risk(infrastructure risk,special facility risk,public service facility risk),Dimensions three: social environmental risk(location risk,traffic risk,working capital risk),Dimension four: camp management risk(management system and organization risk,information management risk,publicity management risk,process risk)Improve the risk checklist in practice,camp personnel can use the risk checklist to find problems and take corresponding measures in time to eliminate various risk factors in the operation of camp activities.During the operation,camp should concentrate on the important point,and improve emergency handling system,constantly revise and perfect risk management solutions according to the practical condition.
