If you want to make Chinese traditional sports culture survival and inheritance in the globalization, put forward to realize the value of the traditional sports culture must be conform to the trend of The Times. For the inheritance of Chinese traditional sports culture, the author believes that pure culture education is dull, only with the help of the specific sports, recreation, in practice to understand the knowledge of culture, is profound. Soft power ball movement in Chinese and western sports culture collide with each other, mutual confluence of big background, have emerged in the trend, it will be the Chinese traditional sports culture and modern western competitive sports culture together, realize the complementation of the two kinds of sports culture is what we want to use the power, in conformity with the tide of the world sports culture, with their own cultural characteristics.This article USES the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, to carry out the soft power ball movement of the university of finance and economics school in Taiyuan city, Shanxi college of business, college of Chinese medicine, Taiyuan city. Shanxi Province electric power college students as the research object, the four universities from the inheritance of traditional sports culture level, in the school sports education as a platform, to conduct the thorough research to the soft power ball movement.1.Soft power ball sports culture originated from the Confucian philosophy "tai chi" and the Taoist "soft" and "the way of reverse thinking, between soft power ball and its traditional culture, and the characteristics of the soft power ball movement is in conformity with the concept of western sports culture, is the result of the fusion between Chinese and western culture.2.Soft power ball movement has a fitness, entertainment, culture, education, competition and innovation of sports culture value, education in colleges and universities sports culture plays an important role.3.The student to the sport like soft power ball, and to it because of the traditional sports culture is also very interested in, think of traditional sports culture study in contemporary also plays an important role and significance, soft power ball movement in the future development has the very good prospects. Students agree to open about the content of the traditional sports culture in colleges and universities, for the inheritance of traditional sports culture has an important role.4.The student to the soft power can reflect the culture content of the main ball movement is "weak strong", "tai chi", "harmony of Yin and Yang", "nature and humanity", "against the motion of the tao", etc. We only realize the soft power ball has the cultural connotation, to practice in the process of the soft power ball and to experience what this means, and guide technology action learning.5.The student to the soft power ball relevant theoretical knowledge of the situation is not optimistic, there are many problems of its properties. The soft power of the sport culture information of ball less mentioned.7.Most of the students through practice soft ball, can produce a pleasant feelings, to alleviate the psychological pressure, and can make students get alleviating physical fatigue, and that soft power ball and appreciation with unique cultural features. However, only 34.3% students outside the classroom, will practice the soft power ball movement. Only 30.2% of the students will sports soft power ball as a for lifelong physical exercise project. Visible, although the soft power has many advantages, but as a lifelong sports are in the minority.Suggestion:the soft power ball movement as a physical education curriculum in colleges and universities sports teaching content; Combination of theory and practice of teaching methods; To strengthen the related theory of soft power ball sports knowledge mining, sorting and research; The government and relevant departments to actively promote the development of the university soft power ball movement, set up university soft power ball association; Strengthen the promotion of school propaganda.
