On The Ways And Measures To Improve Yunnan Traditional Ethnic Sports Culture "Soft Power"

Yunnan is our country facing Southeast Asia, South Asia implementation of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Mekong River Sub-region Cooperation portal, has importantstrategic position in China’s opening to the outside world pattern. With China’s "hard power"(military modernization, economic expansion, active foreign policy) increasing, the securitysituation in China’s relations with its neighboring countries have undergone great changes, forexample, territorial disputes in the South China Sea, the Diaoyu Islands, the Mekongmassacre in Burma, major construction project contract dispute and so on, China’s traditionalsecurity and non-traditional security is facing a complicated situation. Therefore, we mustmake the development mode of China more attractive, and actively promote theirachievements at the same time, strengthen cultural communication. Yunnan ethnic diversity,traditional sports culture showed the active state, the original ecology, folklore, inclusive,population characteristics, etc., of nature, of pleasure of values view, should undertake thecultural messenger mission!Along with China’s peaceful development pace, China’s influence in the world haschanged. However, due to historical reasons, the GDP is second big power status and fewtruly international allies status not adapt. As China’s "hard" the growing power of today, interms of cultural values represent a "soft" strength is far behind, and the ethnic traditionalsports culture in Yunnan as an important cultural exchanges with neighboring countries,should play its unique social function, construction and promoting harmonious border,dissolve, buffer, stop contradiction and conflict with neighboring countries, the Yunnanbridge built into economic prosperity, the harmonious ethnic relation, the friendly exchangesbetween the countries of the international cooperation model.In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, field survey, analysis andresearch method, case study method, investigation and research current situation of thedevelopment of Yunnan traditional ethnic sports culture, analyzes the constraints to improveYunnan traditional ethnic sports culture soft power problems, combined with case studysummarizes and puts forward some ways for improving the and Countermeasures of Yunnanminority traditional sports cultural soft power, to the prosperity and development of ethnictraditional sports culture in Yunnan, the foreign exchange, the construction of a harmoniousborder area and advance the frontier of social and economic development, provides thepolicy-making basis and development ideas.
