In the last few years, with the development of bilingual teaching of minority nationalities, more and more people gradually increase the awareness of the importance of C hinese reading. In particular, the improvement of the level of Chinese reading in primary school students is very important, regardless of the relevant education departments, schools, teachers or parents more and more attention to the work. Learning and reading of the Chinese language should be based on the cultivation of interest and good habits. How to make C hinese zero based minority students interested in C hinese reading and Chinese culture is an urgent problem to be solved. Especially in the efforts to solve the problem of national habits, langua ge differences, more worthy of our deep thinking and in-depth discussion.Reading is an important way of language learning. For the C hinese Korean students in the case of more. In the classroom teaching of reading, students in the class of self reading, the accumulation of the students’ language knowledge, expand their thinking, improve their thinking, cultivate their sentiments, and promote the formation of ambition is a significant role.A lot of research results show that, after reading, it can play a positive role in promoting the students’ language learning. In the low grade through the accumulation of some basic knowledge of the language, so that the learning interest of the Korean primary school students gradually get excited, therefore, it is necessa ry to make them more contact and read a number of books. In addition, the cultural accumulation and spiritual growth of primary school students C hinese Korean, the Chinese reading also has some positive effects, especially C hinese as a second language read ing, it can effectively increase the students’ knowledge content, cultivate reading interest, in the same time, it also improves the students’ reading ability, on the one hand, the students’ creative ability and aesthetic ability have been improved, and strive to achieve the goal of comprehensive development of education.Jiamusi area of the existing Korean primary school three, a total of more than 500 students. In order to grasp the current situation of C hinese Korean students in language learning and reading, to promote the school students C hinese language reading, so that the Jiamusi Area Chinese Korean family school students Chinese reading quality has been further improved, we have a survey on the existing three Korean schools in Jiamusi area, mainly for the Chinese reading status survey. Thus, the main problems of the Chinese reading of the Korean nationality in Jiamusi area were comprehensively grasped, which provided an important reference basis for further study. The questionnaire was sent to 300 students and 30 teachers’ questionnaires. Through literature review, in-depth classroom lectures, interviews with teachers and students, the relevant information is analyzed comprehensively. Through questionnaire survey data, we can understand that there are more than half of the students think that teachers in the teaching task completion and ability to pay more attention to the former, more than 70% of the students think classroom interaction is poor, most of the teachers are in the teaching". 80% of the students simply believe that the Chinese reading learning is to cope with exams and studies, on the importance of understanding teachers also lack of effective guidance. Of course, there are still a considerable part of the students to show a strong interest in reading, but because of the text books, school and parents are difficult to provide a good reading of the external environment, language reading level and to be improved. This paper summarizes and analyzes the basic situation of primary school students’ Chinese reading in Jiamusi area, including some problems in teaching and reading, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of Chinese reading in Jiamusi.In the Jiamusi area, there are some problems in the teaching of C hinese Reading Teaching in the primary school. Teachers, interactive teaching is difficult to achieve, ignore C hinese reading of the humanities, teaching goal is single and vague, the personalized reading is not enough attention, the extracurricular reading the lack of; students, mainly students of C hinese reading lose interest, teachers lack the right encouragement and guidance, lack of good language environment, School Bilingual textbooks and books construction lag, exam oriented education is still dominant.The training of C hinese reading interest is the foundation, good reading habits is the key, this needs the society, the school, teachers and parents to cooperate fully. In particular, teachers need to participate in training, lectures and self- study, etc., to improve their comprehensive quality. The teaching ideas and methods gradually improved, the majority of the traditional classroom teaching and talk, and gradually to open, interactive teaching mode. In this point, the improvement of students’ ability is to improve the teachers’ guidance, and more importantly, the students’ subjective initiative. Let students actively participate in teaching activities, feel the great charm of Chinese reading and Chinese culture, these are the need to work with the school and teachers, and actively learn from domestic and foreign advanced experience, combined with the status quo of the development of Chinese Korean students in Jiamusi based on continuous exploration and innovation.
