The current situation in the vocational school is relatively difficult. Students reduces, the quality of the students, reduce the social recognition, and continue to be highly educated personnel, so that the secondary vocational school students began to undergo a severe test, many ideological and moral issues are gradually exposed, and these problems are solved, will affect the training of teachers in Vocational school. Therefore, the top priority is to master the practical situation of the ideological and moral education of the students in the vocational school, and find out the effective solutions and ways.In order to be able to get the first hand of the analysis data, the author obtains the latest information in addition to the inquiry literature information, but mainly is the combination of their own teaching experience, through field survey, the questionnaire and interviews, etc., master the practical situation and the existing problems of the ideological and moral education in the secondary vocational school. Through the analysis of the causes of the problems are mainly concentrated in: first, students own problems, such as learning attitude, learning situation, psychological situation, two, family environment, family education, parents care, etc.; three, school education, school teachers, school teachers, school environment, etc., four, social impact, social problems, etc.Therefore, according to the current problems and causes, the author suggests that we should take measures from the following several aspects: first, we should set up the correct education idea; two, we should innovate the way of moral education, improve the effectiveness; three, we should pay more attention to the improvement of students’ Moral cultivation; five, to build a good campus culture environment; six, to play the family, school and social cooperation advantages; seven, to improve the school’s moral education evaluation mechanism. Through these measures and countermeasures, it can effectively solve the problems of the ideological and moral education of the students in the vocational school, thus to cultivate qualified teachers for the country.
