Driven by market competition mechanism,with the labor market in the process of two-way choice of employment,the pros and cons of "a rising tide lifts all boats" competition,universities,highly educated,popular professional talents attracted to big cities and well-paid jobs.However,the professional graduates of the per-school education are limited by the objective conditions of school,education,schooling,employment,family and city.In most cases,they are also criticized by the stereotype of public praise.In particular,with the continuous deepening of the reform of education development,children in preschool education phase of the comprehensive quality training to become the urgent needs of the masses of educate-es family,for preschool education of per-school education professional teachers quality and ability to form reversed transmission,secondary vocational school graduates employment environment,which has been hit,the employment problem.The employment status of professional graduates of education has become a focus of close attention.Synthesizing the literature found that preschool education professional technical secondary school graduates employment in the present study,mostly with national policy,social needs,influence factors,such as preschool education graduates employment were discussed,such as geography,professional anatomist,education level factors still exist on macroscopic considerations must be missing.In fact,preschool education professional technical secondary school graduates employment situation is not only including employment outside the "elephant"(employment,employment,wages,etc.),its employment "inside"(career transition,flow direction of professional development,professional and tendency,etc.)are examining per-school education professional technical secondary school graduate employment quality is extremely important considerations.This study on secondary specialized school per-school education major of 2015X(fresh)is defined as the 241 graduates and 241-2012 session of 667 graduate students(defined as alumni)as the research object,using the per-school education professional technical secondary school graduate employment status questionnaire(fresh,alumni,unit of choose and employ persons)respectively for recent college graduates graduated a year,has been working three years graduate alumni and unit of choose and employ persons of the preschool education professional technical secondary school graduate employment present situation investigation,summarized on per-school education X secondary specialized school graduates employment situation,and analyze the related factors affecting the employment,combined with the actual local and school related guidelines and reasonable Suggestions are put forward.Main contents include:First of all,from the current school graduates employment background,clarify the per-school education professional technical secondary school graduate employment situation,put forward the practical significance of the research and the theory significance,and then,from the basic concept of employment,employment theory Angle,respectively secondary vocational education,preschool education concept,and respectively in this paper,the problem of employment of human capital theory,social capital theory and human-job matching theory,etc.Secondly,the research results of previous studies have been prepared to provide some theoretical support for the research on the employment of professional graduates of education in China.Third,the graduates of professional per-school education graduates(fresh graduates)and professional graduates of per-school education(alumni)will discuss the employment status of professional graduates of education.Early per-school education professional technical secondary school graduates employment from the employment quantity,employment,employment,salary,etc.As the research dimensions analysis the early preschool education professional technical secondary school graduates employment situation,early personal ability on graduates who major in secondary vocational preschool education and social demand matching statistical analysis;Preschool education professional technical secondary school graduates employment medium-term development condition from the professional to study such as salary,career development,career change dimension analysis of preschool education professional technical secondary school graduate employment developmentby-census,medium-term on graduates who major in secondary vocational preschool education individual ability and self consistency requires statistical analysis.Finally,relevant countermeasures are put forward from the influence factors(social,school,individual,etc.)which affect the employment of professional graduates of per-school education.
