The Practical Research On The Construction Of Environmental Culture In Primary School Campus

Campus environmental culture is specific and diversity,and it is a communication tool between teachers and students. It can also show the campus characteristics and the outlook of all teachers and students. Health and variety campus environmental culture has an important effection on students’ life values and world values,which can improve students’ comprehensive abilities.Campus culture can edify students’ sentiment,develop students good heart, bring up the faith and passion to all students and teachers,and make all the teachers and students to produce a sense of belonging, a sense of pride and honor. High quality campus culture can pass the form of a quiet positive and healthy thoughts and behavior to all students. so that it can guide students to establish correct world outlook, the outlook on life, the values. It also can help promote their overall development. Recently, the elementary school campus culture construction is in an early stage, although some achievements have been made, but with the c development of society, the elementary school campus culture construction faces a series of new situations and new problems. So how to deal with these new situations and new problems has become the focus to all educational workers.The author has analyzed the current elementary school campus culture construction achievements. On the basis of these achievements, the author did a case study at the primary foreign language school Changyi. Through the methods of questionnaire investigation, interview and literature, the author considered the existing problems in the construction of campus environment, and the causes of the problem have been made specific analysis. With two years’ exploration and practice, it is concluded that to solve the problems of the elementary school campus culture construction including the following four points. Firstly, the elementary school campus environment construction show the the educational principles and the school culture,so it should promote them together; Secondly, the elementary school campus environment culture construction goal should be consistent with the training objectives of school; Thirdly, the elementary school campus culture construction should pay attention to inheriting traditional culture; At last, the elementary school campus culture construction to show the features of geographical environment; and the elementary school campus culture construction should reflect the internationalizationcharacteristics; Also the elementary school campus environment culture should reflect the that green, purification, landscaping, ordering, and brighten.The innovation of this paper is to be based on the author’s real management practices, and it is to summarize and examine the success and failure, gain and loss of the cultural reconstruction practice in the school during these two years, so that it can get the valuable inspiration and reflection from the real experiences and cases.Secondly, the author has made a bold breakthrough in the perspective of other authors,and it is trying to set up a theoretical framework from a broader perspective of education and analyze the problems of China’s campus environmental culture from the perspective of culture, ecology, curriculum and management, and it also put forward relevant countermeasures for these problems.
