With the rapid development of economy, the demand for accounting talents is increasing. A large number of practical accounting talents of social demand that comes from the higher vocational education. Higher vocational education is not only concerned with the mastery of theoretical knowledge of teaching object, but also the main teaching objective of higher vocational education. The quality of teaching is the core competitiveness of higher vocational education, and the guarantee is the key to achieve this goal. In order to guarantee the teaching quality of higher vocational accounting professional education, to discover and improve the teaching in time, need to establish a comprehensive teaching evaluation system.Higher vocational colleges have the characteristics of both theory and practice. It focuses on the teaching of physical education. The teaching evaluation system not only reflects the teachers’ teaching ability, but also reflects the students’ learning effect. In order to further promote and improve the teaching evaluation system of higher vocational accounting major, it is needed to improve the teaching evaluation system based on the existing system.On the basis of statistical analysis of commonly used teaching quality evaluation index system, this thesis uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the index, and determines the weight of each index by AHP and expert scoring method. Through the questionnaire of the form of the questionnaire, such as teachers and other different subjects for teaching quality evaluation, combined with the teaching characteristics and the status quo of higher vocational accounting professional teaching, improve the teaching quality evaluation system. Based on the actual situation of the teaching of Accounting Specialty in A College, the practical application of the improved teaching evaluation system is carried out. Through case analysis, the improved teaching evaluation system can provide more effective feedback to teachers and relevant personnel. Based on the characteristics of the accounting professional classroom teaching, combined with the teaching quality evaluation system, to provide more effective feedback for the college accounting professional teaching.Through feedback, timely find and improve the existing problems in accounting professional teaching, to provide students with better teaching services, so as to improve the quality of teaching, to lay a solid foundation for students’ employment. Good employment will further enhance the reputation of the accounting profession, strengthen the core competitiveness of the enrollment process, the formation of accounting professional enrollment and employment of a virtuous circle.
