The Improvement Research On "Criterion Of Quality Evaluation In Junior College"

Shanghai Municipal Education Commission organized the first round quality evaluation of vocational higher education institutions from 2005 to 2008. Based on the practice of first round quality evaluation, the paper conducts the research on the improvement of evaluation criterion system of vocational higher education institution:Firstly, the paper presents the research background, the relevant literature review at home and abroad, the study methods and technique route, and it also introduces briefly the current criterion system of the quality evaluation of vocational higher education institution.Secondly, the paper lists the problems in the practice of the current criterion system, and analyses the reasons for these are that the current criterion system sets out from "target theory on quality view" based on "the government need". Then, it points out a realistic demand of improvement.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the present need and supply condition of vocational higher education. For the condition that the current criterion system mainly focuses on the condition and the process, and it pays less attention to the teaching outcome, it points out that the teaching outcome should be enhanced much.
