Language is on behalf of civilization and culture symbol, is thought of regeneration and appear, is the light of the generations of Soul Essence condensed into the essence. At the same time, the rich and colorful language has gradually disappeared. A large number of migrant workers children into the city, the development of the school boom brought about by the development of their children’s language experience, has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars, although the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research, but the development of migrant workers children language experience teaching results have little success.To this end, the research object is the 85% of the children’s language experience in the city. The research on the status quo, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the language experience of migrant workers’ children. According to the survey results, the four major problems of the language experience strategy are summarized.Based on the theory of Dewey and Bloom, this study explores the teaching strategies of the development of children’s language experience in the city, based on respect for the existing children’s experience, the children’s interest, the future development of children and the language experience.According to three years of practice case studies, the development of children language teaching strategies for migrant workers in the teaching strategies are targeted, with strong practical operability, which is helpful to the teaching of the mutual connection between teaching and learning.
