Study on the concept of learning burnout from occupation burnout. College Students’ learning burnout phenomenon reflects the students in the learning process in the negative learning psychology, the quality of learning of students has an important influence, in recent years gradually increased with the number of the national, higher education gradually from the traditional elite education transformation for general education.The scale at the same time, but also pay more attention to the improvement of teaching quality, now stage of social public opinion continued attention to college students’ learning situation, on College Students’ learning attitudes and learning outcomes expressed disappointment, people for approval of the popular trend of higher education gradually reduced. Students in mandatory long-term learning, physical and psychological exhaustion phenomenon known as learning burnout and learning burnout can induced skipping behavior, the negative effects caused by the growth of college students.The phenomenon of learning burnout in Colleges and universities not only damage their own development, but also is not conducive to the quality of university education and the process of education, thus affecting the country’s talent development strategy layout.This topic in the domestic and foreign related research learning burnout theory literature, students in Colleges and universities of Wuhan city were investigated by questionnaire and by summing up the college students’ learning situation, learning burnout appears the reason analysis.The research in the study of burnout studies based on and integrated the previous literature combined with expert guidance for the preparation of the "College Students’ Learning Burnout Questionnaire", using the questionnaire survey method to several colleges and universities in Wuhan City 485 different professional college students conducted a questionnaire survey, from the theoretical research and empirical research combined perspective, the Wuhan City College Students Learning Burnout survey, understand the current college students learning burnout status, and to explore the difference of different school type, professional, students learning burnout, and learning burnout of gender differences and grade differences.Cause and influential factors of college student learning burnout, based on ease of learning burnout of college students strategy.The results show that learning burnout exists in college students, the teaching process, the relationship between teachers and students is poor and unattractive lack of psychological counseling and lack of occupation planning is the main reason of learning burnout.This topic combined with the results of a questionnaire survey, in-depth exploration of contemporary college students learning burnout causes, from three angles of society, universities and students themselves put forward relevant solutions and to reduce the proportion of College Students’ learning burnout, improve the quality of education in Colleges and universities, and promote the harmonious development of higher education.
