International situation and the time characteristics show that personality education is the key task one in the world. Chinese teaching has the advantage in personality education as a humanistic subject, so I took " A Strategic Study on Managing the Personality Education in the Chinese Teaching Process of Secondary Vocational Schools as a thesis topic. The author started from the characteristics of Chinese subject, and held the "people-oriented" concept of modern education, and used the method of literature and case-analysis to explore the effective ways and methods in personality education.In listening and speaking teaching, the personality education is performed in three ways, setting good ora communication content and form of personality education, creating the class atmosphere of personality education, and grasping each chance in class.In reading teaching, the personality education is performed in these ways, and from the author introduction, analysis of literature aesthetic value, to explore the philosophical significance, the text of the three Angle to fully tap readings personality education resources; From build equal and harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere, efficient use of situational teaching method, reading method, implement inquiry-based teaching and the cooperative teaching pattern this several aspects to build permeable personality education of reading teaching classroom; Reading from stimulate students’ interest, improve their reading taste, self personality education habit these three aspects to guide students in extra-curricular reading self personality education, so as to construct the students’ healthy personality.In writing teaching, the first thing is to correct students’ writing, change its utilitarian view of writing, the formation of "seek" view of writing to express their true feelings do reality; Then systematic proposition, topic, to the material composition, practical writing training, shaping healthy personality of students; We have to pay attention to play to the effect of automatic composition, prompting students self personality education; And through the establishment of personality education composition evaluation approach to implementing personality education.The author has a lot of practical experience, so the author focused on the personality education in secondary vocational schools, and studied the details of it.
