As a result, the school teaching has been obsessed greatly and Chinese teaching has difficulty in cultivating the talents with culture quality. Chinese teaching materials are rich in personality education factors. According to the characteristic of modern vocational students, the selection of Chinese textbooks and the demands of social situation, The thesis mainly explores the strategy of personality education in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school.The thesis is divided into 5 chapters.Chapter 1. The analysis of present personality education situation.The chapter is about the analysis of present personality situation and reasons in No 1 Secondary Vocational School of Zhaoyuan, which has been explored by all kinds of methods, especially by adapting questionnaire and interview.Chapter 2. The analysis of Chinese textbooks of the secondary vocational students.In chapter 2, the author is aimed to analyze the personality education factors in Chinese textbooks and does some digging to the three following aspects—cognitive structure, tender regards and aesthetic standards that the secondary vocational students have in common. The content includes how to fill their hearts with their own feeling and shaping the virtue, how to come true their dreams with a positive life, how to develop their sentiments with all kinds of aesthetic approaches and how to pay attention to practical factor to develop the abilities.Chapter 3 has discussed ‘integrating personality education in reading instruction’ strategy, which has divided into three parts. First, it includes creating situation as well as inspiring interests, which has discussed by two parts, ‘domestic and equal situation to construct bridge’ and ‘emotional situation to awake experience’. Second, it has connected writers to appreciate literature. Combined characters of vocational school students and textbooks, it has been discussed by three parts including ‘building emotion and loving life’, ‘tempering life and taking responsibility’ and ‘having correct aesthetic consciousness and enhancing quality’. Third, it is comparing appreciation and personality reveals, which has expounded by ‘seeking differences from the same literature and distinguishing differentiates’, ‘seeking similar from different literatures and strength awareness’ and ‘comparing multiple literatures and having inspiration’.Chapter 4 The strategies on how to promote the personality education in the composition teaching.The author discusses the strategies from the three following aspects in the composition teaching. The chapter is divided into three parts. Firstly, observe the life and read the good essays. Mainly discuss how to guide the students to experience and understand everything in life.
