The Plight Of The University Student Community Management And Countermeasures Research

College students are college students’ self management, self education, self service student autonomous organization. With accelerating the process of education popularization era, the university student community’s influence on the university campus life is more and more obvious, also the traditional students of the university idea, the education way and students management mode have caused great impact. Of the increasing along with the campus influence college student associations, research university student community management in our country the status quo, analysis of the problems and explore the reasons, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, no matter for the healthy development of the society, or for the ongoing reform of higher education in our country and carried out a comprehensive university quality-oriented education has very important significance.This article take the literature research, empirical approach, comparative analysis and other research methods, under the guidance of organizational behavior theory, through the comparative study of Chinese and foreign students, the connotation, characteristics and types of college student associations made detailed definition. At the same time, to the management of college student associations in China at the same time analyzed the current situation and existing problems, the author thinks that our country university student community in educating function, development planning, funds management, activity space, quality, qualified teachers and management mode is still has many problems, which seriously affects the community as a second classroom guidance education function of the students.
