| The new curriculum advocates initiative, enthusiasm and the courage to explore ways of learning method. How to reform mathematics teaching mode, how to make students truly bring their subjectivity into play in mathematics learning, and how to build a new teaching model to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching has become the focus of people’s attention. Teaching is a process of active participation and development between teachers and students. It is also a process of cooperation and communication between teachers and students. The teaching modes named " Four-stage-progressive modes " adapt to the trend of the development and reform of education and teaching. The modes, which combined with the practice of my school, have promoted the effectiveness of mathematics teaching.This paper summarizes the theory and practice of domestic and foreign junior school mathematics teaching mode by literature review. It analyzes the basic meaning and the principle of implementation of the " Four-stage-progressive modes ". It also describes the purpose and significance of this teaching mode. It can help people find problems and the influence this mode made to students and teachers by making teachers and students do questionnaires and interviews according to the teaching and learning of the " Four-stage-progressive modes ".This paper, which combines the modern educational theory with the characteristics of students’ learning style, designs four stages of teaching mode as follows:(1) Preparation before classes;(2) Testing and show;(3) Feedback(homework)(4) Individual counseling. This paper combines the concept of the new curriculum with teaching, and then summarizes three points of the teaching strategy:(1) Fully pre-class preparation and improving students’ learning autonomy;(2) Mobilizing the enthusiasm of students in the classroom and improving the effectiveness of teaching;(3) Strengthening students’ cooperation and cultivating students’ consciousness of innovation. This paper tries to implement these teaching strategies by three cases. It explores the way of constructing the students’ subjective consciousness and cultivating students’ ability of independent, cooperation and innovation in order to promote the improvement of teaching quality and students’ comprehensive quality by the practice of the " Four-stage-progressive modes ". |
