Application Research Of PDCA Cycle Mode In Higher School Manegement

With the development of socialist marketing economy, the fierce competition between different colleges and the trend of internationalization of higher education, it is hard for the colleges of our country to deal with the the increasingly complicated problems efficiently with traditional colleges management.The quality and efficiency of colleges management influence the quality of high education directly and the quality of high education influence soail power of the colleges and even the colleges’ existence.PDCA is a basic method of quality management system and it helps to improve the quality of working objectives, and PDCA is typical of there being a small cycle in a big one, big cycles being based on small cycles and small cycles simulating big cycles.By the application of PDCA, the colleges management analyzes the problems, offers plans and programs for solving problems, offers recognization and carrying out, checks the process and results and get continual improvement and promote quality of management.The first chapter is mainly focused on background of the research, significance, the present study situation home and abroad and the research thinking and methods.Chapter two illustrates Theory PDCA. Chapter three is about analysis of the application of PDCA to colleges management, stating the problems the colleges have, analying the necessity and possibility and the higher school management methods based on PDCA. Chapter four takes Nanchang University Fuzhou Medical College to illustrate the application of PDCA in higher school management by empirical researches. Chapter five is the conclusion.
