Inquiry Learning is wildly recognized as a vital way to improve not only students’ scientific literacy but also their innovation spirit and practical ability. While an accurate effective scientific assessment for this learning style is also necessary, and Performance Assessment is becoming popular in the field of scientific education evaluation. This research is to develop and practice PA during the Inquiry Learning process in high-school’s biology class. The result shows that though Inquiry Learning may not help increase students’ marks evidently, it does help with students’capability of raising questions. The capability to analyze and control variables, even to solve practical problems also gets improvement. As a result, students’ innovation spirit and practical ability develop in an all-round way. |
