Schooling, class lecturing system and classroom having emerged one after anther, there necessarily came relevant teaching behaviors. So the behaviors of organizing and managing the teachers and students becomes what the study of classroom management involves. With the development of the new curriculum standards, people get to realize the problems with classroom management, and this field attracts the attention of all the educators. As a result, people devote themselves to the study of the theory and practice in reforming the classroom teaching for the teachers’ behaviors and strategies can not only decide whether the classroom is lively, but also have a direct effect on the development of the students.Classroom management is the guarantee of the teaching process in classroom, which not merely has respect to the improvement of the teaching quality, but affects the students’ physical and mental development. Compared to the other subjects, PE has its own characteristics. There usedn’t to be much research on the behaviors of classroom management in primary schools, while the occasions are even rarely seen when the two key phrases, PE teachers and Junior Grades of Primary Schools come together. In this paper, various scientific research methods, such as literature, comparison, interview, logical analysis, observation and so on are sumed up to the theoretical basis. Taking Yizheng City as an example, and guided by the advanced ideas and principles of classroom management, the author study the PE teachers’ behaviors of classroom management in junior grades of primary schools from six aspects-management of the physical environment of classroom teaching, some routine management in a PE lesson, maintainance of good behaviors, management of improper behaviors, influencing factors and existing questions.Conclusion: primary school PE teachers’ should pay attention to the influence of physical education class and material environment. Through analyzing the influence factors of classroom management behavior, identify students’ problem behavior, find out the disadvantages of classroom management, and improve the classroom management skills of PE teachers, and then put forward some strategies and suggestions on the optimization of classroom management as the following: i. Create a favourable teaching environment to arouse the students’ interest in PE; ii. Make use of some harmonious strategies to strengthen the communication between teachers and students; iii. Train the PE teachers with purpose in the techniques to manage the classroom omnibearingly; ix. Establish a set of effective evaluation mechanism to make teachers realize the necessity of classroom management and promote the conversion of their ideas, so as to lay a solid foundation to create a new classroom full of vigor and vitality and help students achieve a perfect life.
