With the further development of the reform and open-door policy, China's education is playing a more strategic role in its importance of national rejuvenation and comprehensive competing power. Therefore, it has necessitated the educational reform and the improvement of education quality so as to put into the practice the quality education in China. As school is the battlefield of education and class are both a fundamental unit in it and an important backdrop angst which students grow and learn class management decides on, psychologically and physically, students' overall, healthy and harmonious growth. At present, despite the fact that school education is well developed, class management, its cornerstone, is still facing a severe challenge.As a teacher, having been working in a primary school, I have found some serious problems in class management of many primary schools in Huhhot. They are as follows: a), problems in teachers involved, their prejudiced outlook toward students' growth and capacity, their static, monotonous, undemocratic and non-communicative methods of class management, their arbitrary way to choose class cadres, their long neglecting of the less important students and the importance of class meetings, connections and communications with student's parents, and their professional delinquency, b). problems in school management—lacking of a scientific system of evaluating class management which can guide teacher's work. c). problems caused by large-numbered class. In this paper, I investigate into the problems in class management through studying of documents, inquisition and interview. In this way I have found four major problems in class management.Aiming at these problems, I put forward solutions from three aspect: a). government and education administration at all levels should cooperate to eradicate the negative factors in large-numbered class management; b). school authorities should strengthen management, intensify teachers' professional training and build up a scientific system of evaluating class management , meanwhile, help alleviate teachers' delinquency and their working anxieties and to eradicate the negative factors in large-numbered class management. c). teachers should change their personal working styles to solve these problems, refresh their ideas of management, and establish an equal democratic class atmosphere. Simultaneously, teachers should respect students, strengthen communication with students, care about the less important students and consummate the rules of class election, and so on..To sum up, I have such an idea that society and school should refresh their ideas of education, establish a good class atmosphere and teachers should work hard for solution of these problems in class management.
