School physical education is a vital part of school education, and its main purpose is to promote students’ development of body and mind health, and to improve the sport quality. However, school sports of school education now faces a very embarrassing situation in which there are some factors having led to the current low level of physical function of students’ body such as society, schools, teachers, students and etc. It can be seen from 2010 report of student physique that all aspects of student performance restrain the situation continued to decline for many years, and begin to increase slightly. Because the school physical education is an important part of school education, reform becomes inevitable.In the experiment, research on developing sensitive coordination ability and strength lays a good foundation for the students’ physical development. This research is focused on giving priority to the development of rate and variable-speed, balancing exercises and different quantitative, setting a distance for sprint. In addition, the development of fundamental forces is considered the main content which concludes three aspects. First, centered on the body to withstand the weight, develop the quality of basic power to progress physical ability and conduct research ideas on vestibular analyzer function. All these provide scientific references for students to actively promote the comprehensive physical development. Second, by the “short-advance-long” way, develop the research ideas concentrated on mixed oxygen ability. Third, by means of “promoting interest to advance ability”, use different quantitative, different forms of distance relay combined with a certain fixed distance exercises to develop all-round mixed oxygen capacity of students.The results reveal that: 1.Students in experimental classes make an experimental analysis of data after the experiment, which shows that physical strength, speed and flexibility have been greatly improved. Therefore it can be concluded that, in terms of teaching results, interesting physical quality exercises practiced by experimental class students are superior to the traditional physical teaching. 2. After using a variety of teaching methods and through observing student performance, we can find that students showed a strong interest in this new and unique teaching methods, and meanwhile become enthusiastic and highly motivated to participate in practice. The basic exercises can be actively participated by most students. Thus, the quality of teaching compared with traditional sports teaching is better. Because teachers adopt more often the means of competition more game, therefore, the atmosphere in the experimental class is relaxed and relationship is harmonious. Besides, teachers and students in teaching by cooperating strengthen the emotional tie. Third, via the reform of structure of experimental courses, students’ cognitions of physical education and teaching change. The attitude of physical education curriculum is changed from “being in class” to “go to class”. Compared with traditional sports teaching, the effects of students’ lifelong sports are better.
