Nowadays,the society presents a multi structure development,and the various sectors of the society have put forward higher requirements for the training of talents.As the main base of talent training and talent output,the school still plays an important role.At present,volleyball teaching is mostly used in traditional single teaching mode,which shows that the atmosphere of classroom learning is poor and students' learning enthusiasm is common.However,a teaching method has its own unique teaching advantages,but it also has a short board.Diversified teaching method is based on the spirit of the document,the Ministry of education school personnel training objectives,there will be several selective teaching methods and teaching tools through the combination of each other,forming the best teaching methods,fully mobilize students' vision and hearing kinesthetic,tactile,proprioceptive sensory organs,so as to improve the students to receive information and information from the efficiency of a form of teaching or teaching methods.In this study,the diversification of teaching methods based on the experience of other sports teaching,try teaching experiment in Guangzhou Sports University sports education professional volleyball teaching.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of implementing diversified teaching methods in the teaching of general volleyball courses,with a view to enriching and enriching the teaching methods and means of sports volleyball.A one-semester teaching experiment was conducted on two classes of students majoring in PE at Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education(40 students).According to the characteristics of volleyball teaching,a semester volleyball general course of the experimental class have been divided into four stages to carry out,and using specific teaching methods in different teaching stages: Weeks of 1-4 is the first phase,it is the basic technical learning stage,taking the flip classroom teaching method,found teaching method,interest teaching method,program teaching method and cooperative learning method and other teaching methods,and optimize the combination of the use of volleyball technology teaching.The 5-7 weeks is the second phase for the basic technical consolidation and tactical learning phase,mainly adopt to interest teaching,cooperative learning,competition teaching and micro-teaching teaching methods,and optimize the combination of flexible use of volleyball review.The weeks of 8-10 is the third stage for teaching competitions and referee learning stage,mainly adopt to interest teaching,cooperative learning,competition teachingand micro-teaching methods and other teaching methods,and optimize the combination of the use of volleyball teaching competitions and referees learning.The weeks of 11-12 is the fourth stage for practice examination and assessment,to learn and grasp the law of learning-based.The control class using the traditional teaching method.Using the statistical method of T test,relevant data obtained after two classes of experiments were processed and analyzed on SPSS23.0 software.Found that the experimental class and the control class have a certain degree of difference in the four dimensions of volleyball learning interest,learning attitude,self-learning ability and cooperative learning ability.Significant differences in the basic techniques of passing and digging,spiking and serving.Blocking,teaching competition effects and referee learning also have significant differences.1.Both diversified teaching methods and traditional teaching methods can complete the teaching tasks of volleyball classes.However,in the teaching process,the diversified teaching methods more fully explain the teacher-led teaching principles and the student-centered teaching principles,pay attention to the students' innovative ability,analytical ability and problem solving ability.2.Under the teaching principle of individual-oriented teaching,the diversified teaching method pays attention to the overall development of students and respects their individual characteristics.Diversified teaching method has more advantages than traditional teaching method in improving students' learning attitude,improving students' independent learning ability,cooperative learning ability and cultivating students' interest in learning.3.The diversified teaching method is conducive to students' understanding and mastery of the basic theoretical knowledge and basic technical movements of volleyball(passing,cushioning,spiking,serving,blocking,etc.),and raising the standard of student volleyball technical movements and the refereeing ability to improve and enhance students' self-confidence.4.The experimental results confirm that the application of diversified teaching methods in volleyball teaching is feasible.
