Teacher professional development is the important content of teacher growth and way, research on teachers’ professional development has become a important subject. However, in the actual requirement of teaching, teachers’ professional development and teacher professional development study, often based on the teachers become a tool, is the existence of the dominant, expression is imperative, utilitarian type, the development of the technical requirements. Teachers’ requirements are often neglected, which leads to the enthusiasm of teachers’ professional development, effectiveness is not high. Teacher professional development eventually need professional development of teachers, starting from teachers’ owninner-need, seek the motive of teacher’s professional development, need, ways of study the theory and practice.Based on the analysis of questionnaire and interview, from the motivation of teachers’ professional development training, training content, training form, the way of training, training methods, training style, six factors which teachers there are many differences between inner-need. They need is roughly reflected in from the ego need of discipline theory knowledge learning, general knowledge of pedagogy, teaching skills and methods of training, as well as the education teaching research ability training.According to the survey and the interview of the teachers in the fact that demand, should build the complete professional development in teacher professional development system and safeguard mechanism, enhance teachers’ theoretical level of knowledge, to carry out the "reflective teaching", perfect to old with the new and old and new mechanism of common development, efforts to provide effective teachers go out for further study.
