《Decisions on the Basic Education and Development by State Department》says clearly: it is the key point of improving quality education solidly to develop a group of qualitied teachers.Teachers specialization has been a main trend of education reform in the world since 1980s.with its development,our government focuses more and more attention during the 1990s.A large amount of education professionals make it study course,trying to find ways and strategies of executing in the country.However,our country's specialization is still far away from the advanced level.The improvement of specialization needs great hard work,of course,teachers are the main actor.How to motivate them is the crux.In this paper,a large amount of surveys have been carried out about teachers' needs in middle schools,PingShan,Hebei province,using the classical theory of Humanity Philosophy---Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.It divides into two parts——one is of teachers' basic condition,the other their needs.We try to analyse main needs exposed to teachers in village during the development of specialization.Their needs reflects in a degree disadvantages of them in the countryside.It shows that their education qualification is higher and higher,with certificates admited by the government.The special knowledge,teaching methods,techonology and other aspects explain main problems faced by senior middle school teachers.This article is divided into five partsIntroduction,introduced the demand for professional development of teachers in rural areas of research background,research significance,research content,research methods and research process.The first chapter:the professional development of teachers to introduce the related concepts.In this article the author defines in detail the major concepts,the concept of the teaching profession and the teaching profession for teachers which has its own requirements, have the concept of the professional development of teachers.ChapterⅡ:the demand for professional development for teachers of rational thinking. Necessary to start from the level of theory on the professional development of teachers are also faced with a lot of different levels of demand,find a theoretical basis for the study.The chapter also required to use the level of theory at this stage to promote the status of the professional development of teachers carried out research and summary.Research needs of the professional development of teachers to promote the professional development of teachers are the objective requirements.ChapterⅢ:In detail in this chapter the survey aims to investigate the scope and targets of the investigation process and findings.。And investigate the results of the analysis and the final summing up.ChapterⅣ:The findings of the analysis of substantial basis,I put forward their own professional development of teachers in rural areas about countermeasures.The response is divided into six parts,the current teachers in rural areas face the needs of all levels.
