The College Entrance Examination, which serves as a vital ordeal in life for every middle school student, determines the future of the students themselves as well as a family’s. Under the current circumstance --- one’s fate is just determined by an exam---it is no wonder that students, parents and even teachers attach extreme importance to "Gaokao" the CEE and learning relevant to the CEE.As for the third year review, both the students and the teachers are supposed to revise and systematize the knowledge of the subject in a limited period of one year thoroughly and systematically. However, teachers, working at the rural high schools with poor student source and teaching resources, who emphasize the explanation of knowledge, and large quantities of exercises, are more likely to be lost in the exercise-stuffed teaching methods. Therefore, combining what I have experienced during the past two years in Senior 3, I’d like to share the following:analyze the present situation of physics at rural high schools; study the demands of the CEE and the students’ study status; put forward some teaching strategies for students at rural high schools; and mostly importantly, improve and then perfect them.
