| Modern economy is a knowledge economy. Knowledge is the crystallization of human’s wisdom. The importance of talents is the same as the importance of knowledge and attracting more excellent talents can make economy develop as well. How to gather talents effectively has become the focus problem.Talents aggregation is a kind of talents flow behavior. The talents flowing is the direct reason of the talents collection. This article established the model of the talents collection factors. The factors analysis of the talents collection can be divided into three levels and the main factors contain six categories. They are information, awareness, motivation, ability, learning and external factors. These factors provide a theoretical basis for the talents collection.Through principal component analysis, the external factors refinement for environmental, industrial agglomeration, family and work. It improves the talents agglomeration factors model.By analysis the questionnaire, talents are much more cared about the development opportunities, salary, the overall level of income, training and learning opportunities, senior personnel exchange, team-work, children’s education resources, information, employing mechanism and the cost of living.In this paper, combined with the background of talents development and the situation of our country, the difficulty of talents agglomeration are analyzed. Combined with the status of Tianjin, reasonable suggestions are posed to form the talents agglomeration. |
