The talent is a country or the region development Fountainhead and the impetus,along with the knowledge economy time arrival,the talented person scale to the regional economic growth driving effect is more remarkable.However,there are serious regional differences in talent agglomeration in our country,which leads to the problems such as the mismatch of regional talent supply and demand,and the bottleneck of industrial revitalization in underdeveloped areas,which affects and restricts the sustained and healthy development of China's economy and society.To promote the rational flow of human resources is an urgent need for the current development.Based on the economic development of China,the 31 provinces and autonomous regions are divided into four regions of East,Middle,west and northeast,mainly using theoretical analysis and empirical research methods,starting from static and dynamic two levels,This part describes in detail the differences of regional talents ' spatial agglomeration and the social problems,and explores the macroscopic influence mechanism of regional talent agglomeration.In particular,this study firstly defines the three concepts of talent,mechanism and talent agglomeration,gives the statistic caliber of talents,and provides a full theoretical basis for the research based on the theory of talent agglomeration and the research on the factors of talent agglomeration and talent agglomeration.Then,this article from the static and dynamic two levels,detailed analysis of the 2001 to 2015 China's regional talent agglomeration space differences and dynamic development,and analysis of the impact of this difference on the economic and social,such as the regional mismatch of talent supply and demand,industry revitalization in underdeveloped areas encounter talent bottlenecks,Regional economy and technology gap are big.From the direction of talent flow,in the next few years talent is more from the Midwest and the northeast to the eastern region.Then,it combs the influential factors of regional talents ' spatial agglomeration in China,and empirically tests the mechanism of talent agglomeration by constructing fixed effect regression model.The results show that the talents ' agglomeration in the four regions of China will be influenced by the regional economic development,industrial structure,regional environment,local public service,regional openness and so on,and the influence degree of each factor is slightly different.Finally,aiming at the present situation of regional talents' space agglomeration in our country,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to guide the rational talent flow.This paper mainly analyzes the spatial difference of regional talent agglomeration in China and the main reason of promoting regional talent agglomeration,which is of practical significance for our government to guide talents to flow rationally among regions,to break through the "bottleneck" of talents in underdeveloped areas and to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.It has some theoretical references for enriching the theory of regional agglomeration of talents and deepening the research of talent regional flow.
