Investigation And Analysis On The Influential Factors Of The Female White-collars In Bearing And Rearing Desire

As a special group, The female white-collar has high level of education and self-cultivation. The Female white-collar face all aspects of family and social pressure, so they must always correct their own values, adjust their fertility, with the development of our society, many of the female white-collar workers change their fertility concept profoundly for the international standards, people’s life style and the concept of life.In this study,273 female white-collar workers aged 20-49 years in Xuhui District were selected as sample, The data were processed and analyzed by Stata statistical analysis software. The variables were analyzed by LR test and H test was used to analyze the influence of these factors on Female white-collar. Similarly, for individual women, This policy may render them to face a dilemma:giving birth to another child or giving it up to achieve social mobility in the labor market. Although childbirth is a period event, like domino, which causes a series of events in the later life. Based on the theoretical development of fertility economic model, the new development of foreign empirical research, and the current situation of domestic empirical research, this paper reviews the main relevant literature, set up the concept model and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis. The sample is described starting from the research hypothesis, and the research analyses the influence factors of female white collar. Based on Becker’s theory, mother’s education level will lead to the improvement of the quality of children and reduce the number of children, The fertility desire is influenced by social mobility, economic, the view of value, work mode and life style.Nevertheless, The consequences of the new policy for children are largely positive by alleviating their psychological and practical burden, and facilitating the formation of a healthy personality. In conclusion, This dissertation described the effect and the purpose of the" Selective Two-child policy", which requires careful thought and reflection for the adaptation of our population policies.
