With the rapid development of economic, people’s life level are becoming higher and higher. People pay more attention to the education day by day so that more and more lines of sights focus on the school especially the senior high school. So with the times of New Curriculum Reform carrying out, the education of the senior high school are under much more attention, caring and pressure from all walks of life and society and the school should take more responsibility---not only making the students have a solid foundation of knowledge in the senior study stage but also helping them cultivate a creative way of thinking and doing who can enter into the advanced education period.Compared with the simple requirements of students in the past, parents and society now have a further cognizance and requirements of the students’development. What’s more, much encouragements and respects have given to the personalized development of students. Under this background, however, the traditional education system, which making a centralized teaching with class as a unit, is attacked severely. It no longer can satisfy the students and teachers’developing requirements and enormous education experts and frontline teachers start to explore the new education concepts and patterns, including the Hierarchical Teaching which gets a lot of approvals. Hierarchical Teaching advocates people-centered teaching philosophy, which required teachers face the differences between students individuals squarely, and at the same time can respect it. in addition, teachers are supposed to be able to divide students into several levels depend on these differences and their true ability and then design corresponding teaching plan to teach according to these levels, so that can achieve the education target which required each student can get their own development in some degree.Hierarchical Teaching Implements individualized teaching philosophy, which can make every student can figure out the opportunity which suit their own development most. To bringing up personalized and creative students, Hierarchical Teaching can promote it a lot and also have practical significance. So, a great number of scholars begin to pay attention to the Hierarchical Teaching and also practice it.From the hierarchical teaching research background, it analyzes the necessity to carry out the hierarchical teaching, reviews the curriculum reform process over the years and introduces the content and features of the hierarchical teaching briefly. Due to its relying on the theoretical basis of the hierarchical teaching individualized, zone of proximal development and multiple intelligences, it requires attention of the four main principles such as dynamics, subjectivity etc. when the hierarchical teaching is carrying out. This article focus on the hierarchical teaching practice research and analysis and discussion focused on the pattern of carrying out and implementation strategies. Also, make the senior high school which I work in as an example to explore various plans and forms of the conduct of the hierarchical. I practice the hierarchical teaching in class in the hierarchical counselling pattern and hierarchical teaching in various kinds of classes combining with the internet micro class. Furthermore, I make a summary and evaluation of the practice above and made some recommendations to the conduct of hierarchical teaching’s practice.
