| The 19th CPC National Congress explicitly formulated that we must fully implement the Party’s educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue,develop the education of quality,promote education equity,culture socialist builders and successors that ensure an all-round development.In order to improve the overall quality of students,in the General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition 2020 Revision),it disciplines core literacy,requires that teachers implement the core accomplishment of the subject in education and develops critical competencies.It means that in the process of education and teaching,we must give full play to students’ subjectivity,so that students have the ability to learn,communicate and cooperate,learn to solve problems,and the ability with all-round development.The hierarchical interactive teaching model combines layered teaching with interactive teaching.According to the characteristics of the subject,the teacher uses "teacher-teacher interaction "(mainly in the form of collective lesson preparation discussion)to discuss the appropriate teaching methods and ideas to solve such problems,Then through the "teacher-student interaction" to build a thinking model to solve the problem,and finally through the "student-student interaction" to use consolidation.In this process," student-student interaction "can play an important role in taking advantage of the difference.With three-level interaction as the link,it will subvert the traditional "spoon-feeding" teaching class,develop students’ ability to find problems and solve problems,at the same time,carry out the core accomplishment of the subject,and cultivate students’ cooperative consciousness and autonomous learning ability.The main contents of this study can be divided into five parts,the first part is about the background,current situation,research ideas;The second part is about the theoretical basis and characteristics of the hierarchical interactive teaching;the third part is about the construction and implementation of the hierarchical interactive teaching model in senior high school chemistry teaching.The fourth part is the empirical research on the model,including the student questionnaire,teacher interviews and data analysis of student achievement;the fifth part is about the conclusion and reflection of this study,and makes a reasonable analysis of the problems in the research and puts forward corresponding strategies.Through empirical research,it is found that this model has the following positive effects:(1)Hierarchical interactive teaching model can effectively enhance students’interest in chemistry learning;(2)Hierarchical interactive teaching model can effectively improve students’academic achievement in chemistry;(3)Hierarchical interactive teaching model promotes students’ sense of teamwork and reduces students’ differences;(4)Hierarchical interactive teaching model can effectively realize students’autonomous learning;(5)Hierarchical interactive teaching model to implement chemistry literacy and cultivate students’ key abilities;(6)Hierarchical interactive teaching model has greatly promoted the professional development of teachers;... |
