As the new curriculum reformation recommend “ teachers should respect the personality of students, care the individual difference, satisfy the requirements of different level students, create surroundings which students can participant actively, inspire the positivity, cultivate the attitude and ability of learning knowledge, so that every student could has a fully development.” How to make the teaching to meet individual and satisfy the requirement of different students. This is a issue exist in domestic and abroad. So, a variety of educational theories, educational pattern emerge like an endless stream. At present, how to accord the individual differences of students are stratified. According to each layer of students, learning ability and learning level group, between group members mutual collaboration "hierarchical cooperative teaching mode" is increasingly apparent weight. This work is based on teaching of organic chemistry in senior high school, based on the reference class, the grade of the experiment class analysis to explore the hierarchical cooperative teaching mode for students learning level, improve the ability of learning effective and provide useful suggestions and references for the majority of authors of education industry and trade.Select two senior class 11 and 12 of Yiji high school in Baotou city. One is as the experimental class, the other is a reference class, the students in the experimental class advance through the test, questionnaire and reference students intelligence level, learning habits, and their development potential and other factors hidden stratification of students, in the hierarchical basis, students learning level, individual and other factors will according to a certain proportion again reasonable grouping and grouping principle is “homogeneity between group and within group heterogeneity”.In the process of teaching, according to the different levels of students, arrange different levels depending on teaching goals, questioning in class, class exercises, homework and the students tutoring, also according to the actual situation of the students take different evaluation methods. Group members help each other, solidarity and cooperation, cultivating team spirit; group members with the overall performance evaluation standard, reasonable competition, make the students motivated. Also in the teaching process teacher should always pay attention to the students' learning level changes, timely and reasonable adjust level of students, truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude.After elective five "Organic Chemistry Foundation" part of half of the study, through the comparison on the academic achievement of the students in the experimental class and control class analysis. It is found that this teaching model has a significant effect on the improvement of students' academic performance and learning ability.
