In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,a particular chapter on education,science,technology,and talents was expounded,which pointed out the target direction for the high-quality development of education and also put forward higher requirements for the role of education in cultivating skills and the promotion of science and technology.The cultivation of talents is the first principle of people.From the party’s education policy perspective,the fundamental task of "Lideshuren" is implemented.The standard system of "three comprehensive education" and the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics to realize the three-in-one education goal of "subject teaching","value shaping",and "talent training" have become the ideological consensus and action consensus of the education and teaching departments.The middle and high school stages are critical to students’ growth and life transition.During this period,some students will have problems with rebellious personalities,immature mentality,and even mental depression.Coupled with the considerable pressure to enter a higher school caused by exam-oriented education,it is not easy to shape and cultivate students’ three views to receive due attention.The healthy development of students’ bodies and mind urgently needs correct long-term guidance from teachers and effective psychological education from schools.However,primary and secondary schools in our country do not pay enough attention to ideology and politics.The ideology and politics of the curriculum are superficial,and the content of ideology and politics in the curriculum is free from the knowledge system,which cannot be organically integrated with education and teaching to achieve good results in cultivating talents.This study adopts the literature method to absorb the existing theoretical and practical achievements,summarizes the connotation and construction path of the ideological and political course,and sorts out the characteristics of the ideological and political teaching of the high school chemistry course.And it will be combined with the core literacy of chemistry to integrate and analyze the ideological and political elements of chemistry courses.These ideological and political elements are refined into five dimensions "cultivation of critical thinking ability," "education of scientific thinking and scientific spirit," "education of patriotism and cultural identity," "education of civic awareness and social values," and "education of moral character and self-awareness."This study aims to conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys with chemistry teachers and high school students based on the current situation of high school chemistry teaching practice based on the concept of "curriculum ideology and politics." After understanding the current situation of the integration of ideological and political education in the current chemistry teaching practice,it is expected to guide teachers to add ideological and political elements in the teaching process,infiltrate the education of ideology and morality,continuously strengthen the education function of high school chemistry courses,and improve the quality of teacher education and comprehensive teaching ability.After investigation,the implementation of ideological and political education in classes is not in place,teachers have difficulties digging out ideological and political elements,and the concept of ideological and political education has not penetrated the teaching classroom.Combining with the principles of ideological and political design of chemistry courses proposed by the author,a teaching model of ideological and political education for high school chemistry courses is constructed,and the teaching design case of "chemistry and sustainable development" is carried out and implemented.The following research conclusions are drawn through the above investigation,analysis,and implementation.Integrating ideological and political education into chemistry teaching in senior high school is feasible and significant.Students’ thinking abilities and ideological and moral levels have also been improved.Hopefully,this study can provide a reference for front-line chemistry teachers to integrate ideological and political education into teaching. |
