The learner of innate qualities and personality traits determines that all learners are not at the same level, there must be significant differences between learners. In the context of quality education, it is a hot topic of discussion for many experts that how to create a personalized development space for students so that they can be individualized learning.With the popularity of computer and network technology, as well as the emergence of some teaching software, these make learners familiar with online learning. Currently, a lot of learning materials and learning software are just electronic materials and procedures of the learning process, although this approach of learning some extent help teacher’s teaching and student’s learning, but the effect is not large and obvious, because they can’t provide personalized learning materials and personalized learning process for students. How to use modern means to achieve personalized learning and counseling, practical, targeted to help students improve academic performance, which are the paper exploring the issue.To avoid students enjoy the sea tactical wasting a lot of time, the paper borrows the medical term "diagnosis", the platform build electronic textbooks which meet the students’daily learning at the same time and assist platform diagnosis.This feature can make use of student academic records on the platform and more accurately judge the students in a certain level of knowledge points, or other learning problems. Based on student learning, platform will give some study advice to students and tutor give appropriate intervention and targeted counseling.By the early literature analysis and user research, the students personalized learning diagnostic model constructed in this study from the four dimensions of learning attention, emotion, learning and knowledge loopholes, while the realization of the effect of the model to be presented. Research in primary school is grade one study, for example, made a case analysis. The results showed that platform through the problem diagnosis, the results back to parents, tutoring and related educational administrators, students’ learning timely intervention to improve the efficiency and quality of student learning, achievement was significantly higher than other students.On the basis of previous studies and theories, the paper presented students individualized learning diagnostic model, which provides a reference value to students learning diagnose problems. The proposed model has enriched the theory and practice of personalized learning, hoping to provide some signed by personalized teaching and learning.
