Effective teaching is an ancient and young subject. In the first half of the 20 th century western scientific teaching movement, the idea of effective teaching can develop, become the focus of the curriculum and teaching research field at home and abroad. Mathematics is the foundation of the academic disciplines, is also the language of science and tools, for secondary vocational students’ cultural quality education and professional skills upgrading all plays an important role, is a common course of secondary vocational schools must offer a brilliant. In this paper, according to the author for many years of secondary mathematics teaching practice, and combining the xuanhua vocational college of science and technology professional curriculum, with methods of literature, questionnaire as the auxiliary method, the specific secondary mathematics curriculum effective teaching problems.Today, the secondary mathematics teaching exists many problems, it is based on the level of students mainly lies in the students’ learning interest is not strong and lack of scientific learning method, based on the teachers level is mainly backward education idea, teaching level is not high, single teaching method and obsolete teaching mode, and other performance. Based on the school level, the current problems of secondary vocational math teaching, teaching material selection and main schools and professional practical disconnect and the unreasonable curriculum, evaluation measure system can effectively promote the development of teaching and learning and so on three big performance.To good secondary vocational math class, the realization of effective teaching, should pay attention to three aspects. First, the teacher must work on to improve students’ interest in maths study, in addition to the construction of a harmonious, democratic classroom teaching environment, teaching activities closely related closely with actual life, teaching content course is also important measures; Give guidance on students mathematics study method, raises the student good study habits, classroom teachers need to concern. Second, teachers should also aiming at the shortcomings of the oneself, strive to solve the backward education idea, teaching level is not high, single teaching method, model is old, bound to break through the traditional ideas, set up the new concept of education and mathematics; Pay attention to their all-round development, and improve teaching level; In the actual teaching practice to construct developmental teaching evaluation in the process, optimizing mathematics classroom management. Third, in view of the existing problems in the school teaching management level, the main solution lies in enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, actively explore the development of school-based teaching materials; Curriculum stick to professional, focused; To establish a more gradient evaluation system, comprehensive evaluation of teacher’s teaching actual effect.
