In recent years, the international school gradually enters into people’s perspective, with the overseas study’s booming, international education is no longer mysterious. Tianjin economic will develop very fast as a result of Free Trade Zone officially listed in Tianjin. With the rapid development of economy, more and more foreign companies will choose Tianjin as their headquarters, at the same time the needs for education will increase rapidly in Tianjin. The expansion and boom of the market will attract more competitors and bring more fierce competition. How to win in the competitive education markets, how to attract the attention of target customers more effectively, these will become the key problems. This paper takes Wellington College International Tianjin as an example, basic on the relevant knowledge of marketing, a comprehensive analysis for the competition situation, and summarizes the experience at wellington college international Tianjin, and then makes the conclusion in marketing strategy for wellington college international Tianjin. I study STP marketing theory,4P and service marketing theory, comprehensive analysis the situation of Tianjin existing market of international school, summarize and analyze wellington college international Tianjin existing marketing achievement and experience, finally draw a conclusion:if we want to win the competitive advantage in the future market, wellington Tianjin should makes fully use of their own advantages, brand communication through the integration of media resources and channels; develop extracurricular courses in lower prices to attract more customers, so as to form the oral spreading; encourage integrating marketing. After reached certain brand awareness, wellington Tianjin should adopts multi-channel marketing strategy, and carry out cross regional marketing, in order to promotes boarding project, attracts the children enter into wellington Tianjin. Wellington College international Tianjin could achieve greater development.
