Thus, improving school junior high school student physical activity is not only a scientific, long-lasting physical exercise is an important guarantee for students and sports acts, methods, and develop the habit of sports knowledge, ability and quality formation of special significance, it can help students establish a good quality sports, the school formed a good sports culture, to ease pressure on students to learn and improve their quality of life after school, but also to achieve an important part of quality education. In recent years, the physical condition of young people to become the focus of attention, government and education departments to take some measures, but with little success. Therefore, some sports researchers attempt from school sports research to start, to find effective ways to improve students ’physical health, but research more covered in the Survey, for how to promote students’ extracurricular sports activities, it has merely made to try from a macro perspective recommendations. Factors Affecting the Shijiazhuang-school sports activities. First, Shijiazhuang city for students in school sports venues deficiencies, which directly affects the school sports activities. Second, schools and PE teachers to students’ extracurricular sports activities of low degree of concern, there are many problems in teaching, which restricts the junior high school students school sports activities. Design Fitness Running Case-school sports programs. Fitness running program design idea is based on exercise prescription, exercise physiology theory of knowledge, in reference to the student athletic performance, the purpose of the movement, as well as students’ psychological characteristics, we developed a fitness running program of activities. Fitness running program consists of three parts, namely, the initial entry stage, intermediate stage to improve, maintain and further increase the advanced stage.4. Case-school sports programs. Implementation locales Fitness Running set at the Hebei University of Science and Technology(old campus), exercise three times a week, each practice a total time of 45 min, which prepare part 5 ~ 8min, a fundamental part of 30 min, the end portion 5 ~ 8min. In the implementation process to improve student fitness interest,drawing Orienteering way to practice, in the understanding of Hebei University of Science and Technology(old campus) case basis actual construction, the design of the orienteering map, by grouping way to organize students to participate in exercises.5. Evaluation of fitness to run an example of school sports programs. Description fitness running programs scientific and rational design,the students physical health development have a good effect.(2) junior high school students in mental health and social adaptation evaluation, select the "Mental Health Scale test" before and after the implementation of the program, please fill out the student mental scale, the students will fill twice the mean scale scores were compared.After 12 weeks of fitness running program implementation, the mean score of students’ psychological scale compared to the previous decline. Students’ Psychological susceptible to a variety of environments, but on the results of this experiment, the fitness running program of activities for junior high school students mental health and social adaptation have some reference value.
