The Overall Design And Empirical Research Of Inter-class Sports Activities In High Schools And Colleges In Pingdu City

High school students is in the basic physiological maturity stage and intense psychological changes,coupled with higher academic pressure to bear,so how to make the physical and mental health of high school students is an important issue facing society.In order to keep high school students in a positive and stable state of mind and body,enhancing physical activity is the best method and approach.As an important carrier for students to perform physical exercises in school,large recess sports activities can play multiple roles.This study starts from the actual situation of the inter-class activities of senior high schools and colleges.It uses the literature method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and mathematical statistics to investigate the development of high school and large recess activities in Pingdu and design of large recess activities and the following conclusions are drawn:1.The survey found Pingdu high school can better implement relevant national policies,set up time can be guaranteed in about 45 minutes,but,there are problems such as single activity mode,simple content,low innovation,and blank indoor activity plans.At the same time,the completeness of related organization management,supervision and evaluation is also far from the ideal effect.2.Through the survey,high school students can have a large recess sports activities for the full cognitive,but a single high school students models of lead content of the large recess sports activities carried out in the form of lower satisfaction,not to participate in the activities of the initiative Strong.3.The designed large recess sports activities can be greatly improved in terms of time and venue utilization,with flexible and diverse forms,rich content,the optimized organization management and evaluation system can solve the problems of irregular organization management and unreasonable evaluation system.The design of the three activity has been recognized by physical education teachers,and students can also get a good activity experience through practice.
