In recent years, along with our country vigorously promote the implementation of the development strategy of modern vocational education, the development of secondary vocational education has ushered in a new opportunity. However, vocational training contradiction between the capacity and the scale of students, especially the growing size of the students, changing labor market demand to cultivate the contradiction between the overall quality requirements change and the teacher team size and quality has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of secondary vocational education. Through teacher training to improve the individual quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools, the construction of a high level of secondary vocational school teachers, to ensure the quality of secondary vocational education, to achieve the focus of sustainable development.During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period to carry out Hunan Province vocational training for teachers to work in full swing, but the demand of secondary vocational teachers training still a neglected area of research, social concern is not much, it is effective to carry out a prerequis ite for teacher training, the effect and quality of teacher training is at stake. Based on the important characteristics of this paper, it is discussed in the paper. First of all, the introduction part expounds the reasons for choosing the topic, which is the core of the paper’s writing. Secondly, through the Hunan Vocational Teachers survey and sampling survey found that large-scale unified organization of teacher training coverage issues, classification of public basic course training teachers, training on how to coordinate the time and how to locate a problem in practical training content Hunan Province is the main problem in vocational teacher training exist currently. Again, based on the find ings of the analys is, to explore the teachers themselves, the school environment, national policies, family support and training satisfaction is the impact of vocational training demands of teachers in the core factor. Finally, based on the analysis of issues and factors, the paper proposes four levels of excitation from the vocational training demands of teachers strategies that create awareness development of teachers, to stimulate the training demands of teachers; improving school training system, improve teacher training force; improving training features designed to meet the d ifferent requirements of teachers; improve the training of policy measures to protect the interests of teacher training.Papers by qualitative and quantitative research methods, vocational training demands of teachers in Hunan province were discussed, it is desirable to provide meaningful ideas and reference for teacher trainin g, thus promoting team building Hunan Vocational School Teachers.
