At present,with the elevation of kindergarten teachers' training level,the transition of teacher education system from three-level normal education to two-level or new three-level normal education is the only way for kindergarten teachers' training,and the institutional demise of preschool education specialty at secondary vocational level is an inevitable law.However,in the context of social development,the reform of educational system has also brought many contradictions,such as: private kindergartens,rural kindergartens,early childhood education institutions,early childhood training institutions have greatly increased the demand for kindergarten teachers,but the number of kindergarten teachers trained in Higher Vocational Colleges and teachers' colleges can not meet the needs of society for the time being,and the kindergarten teachers trained in secondary vocational schools have graduated from higher education schools.To give birth to an indispensable supplement.According to the present situation of nurturing preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools,how to use limited resources to nurture qualified future preschool teachers is a great challenge for current secondary vocational schools.Based on the research of many experts and scholars,this study tries to investigate the situation of preschool teacher training in some secondary vocational schools in Anhui Province by means of questionnaires and interviews,to understand the current situation of preschool teacher training in secondary vocational schools,to deeply analyze the existing problems,and to objectively summarize the effective ways to improve the effect of preschool teacher training in secondary vocational schools.Experience,put forward some practical value of countermeasures,for vocational schools to train kindergarten teachers to provide some more effective ways and suggestions for reference.This study has certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the training of preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools in Anhui Province.Through the research on the core concepts of secondary vocational schools,kindergarten teachers,kindergarten teachers' training related specialties and the theory of education and teaching,we can fully understand the status quo of kindergarten teachers' training in secondary vocational schools,and summarize the actual development status of kindergarten teachers' training in Anhui secondary vocational schools,which will help to improve the relevant professional theories of kindergarten teachers' training in secondary vocational schools.Through this study,it can provide reference for the reform and development of kindergarten teacher training in secondary vocational schools in An Hui Province,and provide some reference for policy decision-making of education authorities.This article is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction;the second part is about the problems existing in the training of preschool teachers in secondary vocationalschools in An Hui Province;the third part is about the analysis of the causes of the problems;the fourth part is about the corresponding solutions to the problems mentioned in the previous article and the causes.
