With the progress of society and the refinement of social division of labor,a large number of women have devoted themselves to the workplace. In the family division of labor, the traditional situation of "male-dominated,female-dominated" is also changed. The division of labor is not specific and the boundary between work and family is blurred, which will inevitably lead to the conflict of roles between work and family. This phenomenon is particularly evident in primary and secondary schools where female teachers are the main part.In addition, the liberalization of the second child policy has made many teachers not only invest more time and energy in the family, but also face the pressure of life and do their own work well.As a result, they often lose sight of each other.A large number of studies have shown that a high level of work-family conflict can bring a series of negative emotional experiences. At the same time, some researchers suggest that the more negative emotions such as anger and depression experienced by teachers, the more likely they are to be burnout. When teachers experience intense work-family conflict, whether teachers will bring such negative emotions into the classroom, affect teachers classroom performance, and then affect students' academic achievements has not been explored before. Therefore, this study will explore the relationship between teachers' work-family conflict, teachers'emotions and burnout, which can provide theoretical basis for the formulation of flexible working hours in China. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to improve teachers' well-being and students learning effect.Based on previous studies, this paper uses cross-sectional research methods, using the Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire,Teacher Emotion Questionnaire,Burnout Questionnaire to investigate 1100 primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Jiangsu,Heilongjiang and other parts of the country.By descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and intermediary analysis of the survey results, this paper explores the relationship between work-family conflict, emotional experience and burnout of primary and secondary school teachers.(1)Primary and secondary school teachers can feel work-family conflict in their work, among which teachers feel work-family conflict is higher than family-work conflict;in addition, teachers can experience positive and negative emotions in teaching, positive emotions are higher than negative emotions;Primary and secondary school teachers have a higher sense of personal achievement, but emotional exhaustion and dehumanization are also reflected in primary and secondary school teachers. This is particularly evident.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables among teachers'work-family conflict, emotional experience and burnout. The work-family conflict of unmarried teachers is significantly higher than that of married teachers.Teachers'work-family conflict, emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and personal accomplishment increase with the increase of professional titles. The higher the teaching experience, the more positive emotional experience teachers will be.(3)Work-family conflict and family-work conflict are positively correlated with teachers'negative emotions and negatively correlated with teachers'positive emotions. The two dimensions of work-family conflict are positively correlated with emotional exhaustion and dehumanization, but not with personal accomplishment.Teachers'positive emotions are negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and dehumanization, and positively correlated with personal accomplishment.(4)Work-family conflict has a significant predictive effect on burnout, that is,the greater the work-family conflict, the stronger the teacher's burnout.Teachers'negative emotions can significantly predict job burnout.(5)Negative emotions in emotional emotions have a partial mediating effect on burnout caused by industrial family conflict. Conclusion:Teachers' role conflicts between work and family not only affect their emotional state, but also bring such negative emotions into the teaching work,so that teachers can experience more negative emotions in the teaching process, and further enhance teachers' job burnout.
