With the advent of economic globalization, booming countries clearly recognize the importance of innovation for national construction and development on knowledge-based economy, the innovation and talent is an important guarantee for national invincible. Therefore, we should strive to build our country on the path of innovation-oriented country, we need to have more high-quality innovative talents. First, institutions of higher learning as the main carrier of innovation knowledge and application, it is to create an important position of innovative high-end talent. Second, graduate education at the highest level of education is an important way to cultivate innovative talents. Last, the time required humanities and social sciences prosperity and development on innovation construction of the country. All in all, how to create and improve the innovation capacity of Humanities and Social Sciences graduate has become the primary problem cannot be ignored. However, humanities and social science graduate students’ innovative spirit insufficient in college teaching prevalent, learning a single, practical ability is weak and many other issues, and development of the times has gradually incongruous. So, it has become today’s era of knowledge economy in line with the requirements of an important issue that how to improve the traditional way of learning and how to enhance the innovation capacity of Humanities and Social Sciences graduate, Inquiry Learning Constructivism Educational Thought as the theoretical basis of Marxism, as a link in order to explore the issue, it aims to give full play to students personality, guiding graduate students to obtain solutions to problems, so that students use to make high-level thinking, analysis, problem solving, and promote graduate knowledge of literacy and improving innovative capacity. Thus, from theory to practice systematic study of inquiry-based learning is the inevitable choice of the times.This thesis is based on inquiry-based learning to explore ways to improve graduate student of Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation Ability through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and graduate studies, analyzes explore in improving the status of graduate students’ innovative learning ability, look for the outstanding problems, profound analysis of the causes, which It aims to put forward to improve the innovation ability of Humanities and Social Sciences Graduate strategies and explore from the theoretical point of view to provide a theoretical basis for improving the graduate students’ innovative ability.Thesis is divided into the following sections:The first chapter: Research questions to clarify the origin, significance, according to current research combing the scientific connotation of graduate students’ creative ability and the definition of inquiry learning is defined with clear ideas and research methods.The second chapter: Inquiry learning ability to improve the status of innovate graduate survey, through interviews with teachers and students questionnaire survey, which will help by SPSS22.0 software for data obtained in the survey to classify statistics, case study and analysis of learning and innovation ability of graduate difference test for discussing the problems of graduate students’ innovative ability to provide direction and goals, form a clear understanding.The third chapter: Inquiry learning to improve students ability to innovate problems and cause analysis, the analysis of the relevant data, analyze the reasons summarized the problem, laying the groundwork for the proposed countermeasures.The fourth chapter: This part is the focus of this paper. Based on the above analysis and discussion on the proposed inquiry-based learning strategies to improve students ability to innovate.
