In modern strength training, fast strength has became an important content of sports both in current sports experts and school coaches. This paper will combine the characteristics with the requirement of fast strength training, analysis and study if the fast strength has an effective promoting effect on striking score of Taekwondo Athlete by designing a set of training program about fast strength, which is validated by practice training for data.By using methods of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire experimental method and mathematical statistics, the article analyses if the fast strength training has an effective promoting effect on Taekwondo racers. Sixteen Taekwondo athletes in Dalian sports school are experienced. They are divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, and eight racers in each group. Before the experiment contrast test, we tested the body function and physical quality and specialized technical indicator respectively. The results after test can guarantee there was no significant difference by the index of two groups of athlete p > 0.05. The duration of the training is 10 weeks. In half of the course, two groups of athletes take the same training content. While the experimental group will take the fast strength training in the last half stage. The Control group uses the traditional strength training as before.In order to see the result of the test more directly after test, the author has carried on the contrast between before and after the longitudinal group to compare two groups of athletes before the trial test of special technical indicators. By comparing the result of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment again, finally concluded the comparison results as follows:1. After 10 weeks of training, both groups have the varying degree of enhancement, no matter in hitting strength, the scores number of hitting protective gear, or the combat against serves photogenic have improved than before.2. Compare each index of the two groups after experimental transversely, the two have significant difference. The experimental group adopts the traditional strengthtraining and fast strength training are superior to control group which can illustrate that fast strength training method on hitting score is more effective.3. In this paper, the fast strength training method is mainly focused on the "speed strength" of the calf muscle group. The methods of Air strike exercise, target practice,cork article for lateral kicks are all active and effective, but the insufficient for direct kicking does not reach the expected effect, however, traditional strength training method for direct kicking has played a certain role in promoting. Therefore,the experimental results show that: in Taekwondo hit score training effect, make different fast strength training plan according to the different leg force, reasonable allocation and combination is significant to improve the athletes hitting score.
