| Functional strength training is not only a hot topic of foreign scholars, at the same time in our country also gradually become a new form of strength training. However, with the further development and application of this training method, it also raised a lot of confusion, especially in no matter what kind of sports, all use the same form of functional strength training, thus caused serious training practice folk, after all, on the needs of different sports, there may be differences in some degree. Based on this, this study selected functional strength training have any influence on athletes physical ability as the research perspective, and selected young women volleyball players as the test object, and hopes to provide a scientific basis of adolescent women volleyball players’ physical training, at the same time, further make up the theory of the influence of functional strength training for the physical ability of different groups.This study analyzed the effect of functional strength training to athletes body shape, body function and physical quality through the literature material method, interview method, experiment method, testing method and the number of statistics. Research conclusion as follows:(1) Functional strength training have low effect on the most of index of adolescent athletes body shape, just for some index has certain positive role, includes mainly the Quetelet Index and ankle circumference / height index(p <0.05 or p <0.01). At the same time, studies show that functional strength training have a long-term effect for the Quetelet Index, and the effect is stronger, for ankle/height index exists short-term effect, there are also long-term effects, but the effects are relatively weak.(2) Functional strength training can produce better influence to the physical quality of young volleyball athlete, especially in the effect of standing proneness and 6 tests(p <0.05 or p <0.01), and both are the long-term effects. But cannot ignore the training of other forces, after all, whether it is 0→3-month stage or stage 3→6 months, both have indexes of ascending size is less than the control group athletes, for example: 36 m mobile(E group:-4.415,-1.67; C group:-4.57;-3.81).(3) Functional strength training can produce certain effect to the body function of young women volleyball athletes, especially in ewankoff’s testing index, and both short-term and long-term effect are better.Research suggest:(1) Functional strength should be arranged for a long time to adolescent women volleyball players, only in this way, the application value of the training mode can be reflected, and the weight of athletes can be controlled and the quality of strength training can be improved.(2) Although the functional strength training have good effect for the physical quality of young women volleyball players, especially in the flexible and intelligent coordination quality. But research suggests that we still should pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of other strength training and functional strength, together make up the weak links of the athletes.(3) In order to improve the athlete’s nerve recruitment ability, control ability and speed ability, functional strength training is necessary arranged in the athletes’ physical training, and its time and intensity should be strictly monitored. |
