At present, the teaching of badminton in high school is not good, and the lagging of teaching method is one of the important reasons leading to poor teaching effect. As a modern teaching method, the teaching method is a kind of effective teaching method. At present, there is little practice in badminton teaching.This study adopts literature research method, expert interview method, experimental method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics and so on, in high school the first grade students in two classes of students as experimental subjects(40 people per class, a total of 80people), randomly chosen as the experimental class, the control class, respectively for 12 weeks,2 hours per week, a total of 24 hours of badminton course teaching, the experimental class used to understand the teaching method in the teaching, the control class using traditional teaching method in the teaching, investigation of physical quality, basic technology and badminton interest, contact situations before the experiment, in order to obtain the object together with the balance of physical quality, professional technology; the game, performance test and motivation survey after the experiment, the difference to compare different teaching methods teaching,demonstration and understand the teaching method to improve the high school badminton teaching quality To guide the development of the teaching of badminton in high school, and to improve the teaching effect, to provide practical value for the improvement of teaching method of badminton in high school.Through the research, the following conclusions are obtained:1 in the technical aspects of the operation, in forehand high serve, forehand serve,forehand smash three technical indicators, the experimental class and the control class was no significant difference. But in the backhand serve indicators, the experimental class students scored significantly higher than the control class(p <0.05); and in the 20 s across the repeated number of times, the control class students is significantly higher than the experimental group(p <0.05).2 In physical terms, after a 12-week badminton teaching, experimental class and control class students compared to 50 m run, 1000 m run, lung capacity body mass index and four-meter shuttle run test word index Jie significant difference(P <0.05) the experimental class students are better than the control class, understand better teaching method than traditional teaching methods to improve students’ physical fitness.3 in the game performance, standard compared with the rule index on experimental class control class, index high, but there was no significant difference; and in the choice of indicators,adjusting indicators and technical performance indicators, experimental class average scoreswere significantly high in the control class(P <0.05). In the game the comprehensive results of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control classes of students(P <0.05).4 In terms of motivation, the experimental class students understand that the teaching on learning interest, very effective proportion of self-confidence and motivation and so significantly higher than the control classes.
