A Study On The Application Of Teaching Game For Understanding (TGFU) In Tennis Teaching Of Public Physical Education In University

Tennis is a civilized and elegant sport with the combination of force and beauty,which is interesting and competitive.It attracts the active participation of college students with the characteristics of ornamental,fitness,entertainment,antagonism and so on.The teaching conditions are also limited,without scientific and reasonable teaching methods and sufficient opportunities for practice,it is very difficult for students to get a quick start and improve their mastery of tennis,thus affecting students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning tennis.Therefore,it is imperative to study the teaching method of modern tennis.In view of this,this paper takes the application of teaching method in tennis teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities as the research object,adopts teaching experiment method and other research methods,and explores how to sti'mulate students'enthusiasm in practice under the conditions of large number of students,tight space and less class hours.In order to improve the studeints'practice effect and improve the students'skill level of tennis,this paper provides a certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the teaching of public tennis and even the teaching of public physical education.The following conclusions are drawn through the teaching experiment:1.using the comprehension teaching method to carry on the tennis teaching,not only accords with the idea of the new curriculum standard advocated at present,but also accords with the guiding ideology and teaching goal in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,which is helpful to improve the teaching quality of tennis learning for college students.Therefore,it is feasible to apply the teaching method to the tennis teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities.2.the application of TGFU method in tennis teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities can not only cultivate students'tactical consciousness,but also improve students'physical quality in terms of speed,strength,dexterity and so on.3.using TGFU to make students master the basic techniques of forehand batting,volley shooting and serving,the experimental group is obviously superior to the control group in batting round and the application of match technique in class.4.using TGFU to make students grasp the tennis tactical consciousness,the experimental group has advantages over the traditional teaching method in the aspects of"adjustment"and"choice"in the performance of tennis match.5.through the questionnaire survey,the author draws the conclusion that students'self-feeling and comprehension teaching method can effectively improve the interest,initiative,enthusiasm and sustainability of tennis lessons.It improves the students' ability to find problems in time and analyze them effectively;actively exerts the students' ability to innovate and match tennis tactics;in the process of teaching evaluation,it adopts the form of competition to assess the results.It is easy for students to master more tennis knowledge and develop the habit of lifelong sports.
