After school sports training is an important part of school physical education, as well as school. Through scientific training and teaching of physical education, the development of high school students’ physical quality, transportation of outstanding sports reserve personnel, the potential of the school sports talent, and the form of rich extra-curricular training, to the future of our country each project after school training and the development of national fitness to lay a good foundation. The regulations on the work of school physical education pointed out: "schools should be on the basis of sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities, carry out various forms of extracurricular physical training, conditions of the provincial education administrative departments approved, can be carried out to train outstanding sports reserve talent." Developing the middle school extracurricular sports training is an important factor to develop the sports reserve talents and the full name fitness activities, which is conducive to the development of physical and mental health of young people, and it is the core strength of our country to carry out the school extracurricular training.With the reform of economic system and the characteristics of sports training, the training of reserve talents will inevitably meet the needs of the society, and cultivate the talents. This also makes the school extracurricular sports training system is weak, the investment is insufficient, can not meet the needs of its own development, but also to meet the needs of the community and other contradictions become increasingly exposed. In order to find the way to solve these problems, the author has carried on the research of the "socialization" as the future development model in the school extracurricular sports training mode research. We believe that: all from school can promote the school after school sports training and school and community to develop together all the form and content, can be called the school extracurricular sports training socialization. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, the main basis, purpose and significance of the research, and the research results of the past. The third chapter is mainly about the research object and research methods. The second chapter is the research results and analysis. The main methods and the present situation of the social sports training in Hunan province are analyzed. The following countermeasures are put forward: to develop and improve the social service and the social service. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and the conclusion of the main conclusions of the school sports training of social problems and the summary of the social situation of the school sports training.
