In recent years,the physical health level of primary and secondary school students in China has stopped falling,but the physical health level of college students is still not optimistic,in addition,the phenomenon of prominent psychological problems of teenagers is widespread.It is true that the level of students' physical and mental health is affected by many factors,however,students spend most of their time in school,therefore,physical education and health curriculum should play a greater role here.As we all know,the goal of the current physical education and health curriculum is to cultivate students' core literacy,and the realization of the goal only depends on physical education and health teaching is not enough,in view of this,it is particularly critical to guide and promote students' extracurricular sports participation.Extracurricular sports is the extension of physical education and health teaching,the quality of physical education and health teaching will affect students' extracurricular sports participation to a large extent.The Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model is proposed for the physical education and health class,this study attempts to extend the research perspective of the model from classroom to extracurricular,and investigate the influence of the model on students' sports participation in and out of class through teaching experiments.Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model puts forward the general requirements for classroom teaching,clearly stipulates three key points of teaching,this study speculates that the implementation of the model can effectively stimulate students' motivation to learn and practice,improve students' physical and mental health,and promote students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise independently.On the basis of literature review,it is found that foreign scholars have widely used the transcontextual model of motivation(TCM)to test the transfer of learning motivation inside and outside the physical education class,and achieved good research results.In order to test the effectiveness of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,this study uses TCM for reference,and adds two variables of physical health and mental health in TCM classroom environment,aiming to simultaneously test the influence of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model on students' learning results in and out of class,then through the variable sequence of TCM to understand the mechanism of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model affecting students' participation in and out of class physical education.This study not only enriches the theoretical construction of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,but also provides empirical experience for teaching practice: The implementation of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model in the class can effectively stimulate students' sports learning motivation,improve students' physical and mental health level and extracurricular sports participation level.Experiment: Objective: The fifth grade students,junior one students,senior one students,sophomore students as the experimental objects,using TCM as a reference,this paper examines the impact of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model on the learning outcomes of different grades of students in and out of class,and explores the mechanism of the impact process.Methods: Literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.Results: The 12 week teaching of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model significantly improved the students' perceived need support in physical education,classroom motivation,physical and mental health level,extracurricular sports motivation and amount of extracurricular sports activities,the traditional teaching in the control class did not achieve the above teaching effect;During the period of teaching intervention,the improvement range of extracurricular sports activities of students in different grades is: Grade five > senior One > junior one > sophomore.The improvement range of extracurricular sports activities of boys in the experimental class is greater than that of girls in the experimental class,but there is no significant difference.As for the mechanism of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model affecting students' sports participation in and out of class,the research finds that: Perceived need support in physical education can positively predict classroom motivation;Perceived need support in physical education not only directly and positively predict the level of physical and mental health,but also positively predict the level of physical and mental health through the mediation of classroom motivation;Classroom motivation can positively predict extracurricular sports motivation across the environment;Extracurricular sports motivation not only directly and positively predict extracurricular sports participation intention,but also positively predict extracurricular sports participation intention through the mediation of attitude and perceived behavioral control;The intention of extracurricular sports participation can positively predict extracurricular sports behavior;Physical and mental health level can directly and positively predict extracurricular sports behavior,and mental health level can positively predict extracurricular sports behavior through the mediation of extracurricular sports participation intention.Conclusion: The 12 week teaching of Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model significantly improved the students' perceived need support in physical education,classroom motivation,physical and mental health level,extracurricular sports motivation and amount of extracurricular sports activities;The experimental class students' perceived need support in physical education positively affected the classroom motivation and physical and mental health level,and the positive classroom motivation positively affected the students' extracurricular sports motivation across the environment,finally,it has a positive impact on students' extracurricular sports behavior.At the same time,the study found that the physical and mental health level of experimental class students can positively predict extracurricular sports behavior.Suggestion: In physical education teaching,we must pay attention to the three key points of exercise load,physical exercise and sports skills at the same time.In physical education teaching,teachers should fully understand the learning situation,listen to the students,create situations then provide all possible needs for students' learning,effectively stimulate students' motivation to learn and practice,and then actively participate in extracurricular sports activities.
