With the increase of the score of the middle school physical education examination and the requirement of "appropriately introducing non disciplinary after-school training institutions to participate in after-school services" put forward by the "double reduction" policy,China's sports training industry is booming,and more and more primary school students have participated in off-school sports training activities.Affected by this,at this stage,great changes have taken place in the learning situation of primary schools compared with the past.After school physical education training has quietly affected primary school physical education through primary school students participating in the training.Therefore,taking Dujiangyan City as an example,this paper studies the impact of off campus physical education training on physical education teaching,in order to promote the fit between school physical education teaching and off campus physical education training and improve the teaching quality.Using the methods of literature and questionnaire,this paper investigates the situation of primary school students' participation in out of school physical training and the impact of out of school physical training in physical education teaching in Dujiangyan City,and draws the following conclusions: 1 More than half of the primary school students in Dujiangyan City participate in out of school sports training.The situation is relatively common,and there is no obvious difference between urban and rural areas.The training objectives of most students are clear,and the selection of sports projects is mainly traditional projects.The training time is concentrated in winter,summer and weekends,More than half of the students believe that their physical and mental health have been significantly affected by out of school physical training.2.Dujiangyan primary school physical education teaching is greatly affected by out of school physical education training,which has both positive and negative sides.It is shown in the three teaching stages of teaching preparation,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation,as well as the perspective of physical education teachers,participating students and non participating students in teaching activities.Some physical education teachers lack sufficient cognition and understanding,and their coping ability is also slightly insufficient.3.The influencing factors of out of school physical education training on primary school physical education teaching include not only the cognition and attitude of physical education teachers to out of school physical education training,but also the level of coaches,class mode,field equipment and class allocation in out of school physical education training institutions.In view of the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward: 1Physical education teachers should fully understand the learning situation of the class before physical education teaching,including but not limited to the proportion of students in the class who have participated in off campus physical education training,the items they have participated in,the years they have participated in,the existing skill level,etc.Accordingly,the corresponding teaching design is planned and designed.2.In the whole process of physical education teaching,we should not only find the impact of off campus physical education training on Teachers' teaching,but also pay attention to its impact on the learning and practice of participating and non participating students,so as to find and solve problems in time.3.Relevant departments and schools should properly allocate venues according to the size of students,encourage the development and implementation of characteristic school-based courses,actively introduce new sports,and promote collaborative education of physical education inside and outside the school.Reduce the possible negative impact of off campus physical education training on physical education teaching to a minimum and improve the quality of teaching.4.Schools,society and families should face up to the impact of after-school physical education training in physical education teaching,be impartial and fair,try to avoid or reduce the negative impact,and optimize the use of the positive impact.
